I am proud to have played a part in Broadwind Energy's outstanding success at the annual Wind Power conference held last month in Chicago.
As a life-long supporter of environmental causes, working with Broadwind was a project I undertook with a lot of enthusiasm and anticipation. The assignment consisted of 5 illustrations to be used for Broadwind's booth at the conference, pictured above, as well as industry magazine ads.
The largest conference of its kind, the size and breadth of Wind Power 2009 was an indication of the vitality of the wind energy industry even in today's economy, and a reflection of the increasing support renewable energy is finding across America.
My thanks to the folks at Broadwind, particularly Lars Moller, and independent designers / PR experts Kim Lepage Briss and Ellen Shafer — forward thinking creatives who appreciated the conceptual nature of my work — and were phenomenal partners to work with.
